Zero-cycle groups on algebraic varieties

We compare various groups of 0-cycles on quasi-projective varieties over a field. As applications, we show that for certain singular projective varieties, the Levine-Weibel Chow group coincides with corresponding Friedlander-Voevodsky motivic cohomology. also an algebraically closed field positive characteristic, modulus smooth variety respect to reduced divisor Suslin homology complement divisor. prove several generalizations finiteness theorem Saito and Sato p-adic fields. use these results deduce torsion which extends result Bloch open varieties.
